What this notice covers
This notice explains the cookies and similar browser storage used by the website's current functions. It describes what they do, the information involved, how long it may remain and the controls available to you. It should be read with the Privacy notice.
Cookies and browser storage are not the same as a message you send to the operator. Clearing information on your device can change how the site behaves, but it does not recall an email or erase records already received.
Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small value stored by the browser and sent with relevant requests to a website. A session cookie is intended to support a browsing session rather than remain for a fixed long-term period. Browser features that restore sessions can affect how long it remains available.
Session storage is a separate browser feature associated with a website and a tab session. Its contents are not automatically attached to every web request like a cookie. The website's scripts can read permitted values and use them to populate the form. Browser restoration and storage restrictions can affect its behaviour.
Local storage keeps the cookie notice acknowledgement across pages and browser sessions on the same site. It is separate from the temporary request draft.
Ordinary browser caching may also keep copies of files such as images, styles or fonts to load pages efficiently. Caching is distinct from an advertising identifier or a saved inquiry.

The form security session is used when the form contacts its submission service. Temporary request choices may be saved as you browse or make selections. These mechanisms support website functions and do not create an advertising profile.
How the temporary draft works
The draft is limited to the area or postal code, service and project-size choices. It does not store your name, email address, full message, item description, access notes or privacy acknowledgement. Those fields are not restored from the site's draft storage.
A saved draft has a validity window of 30 minutes from the latest save. When the website checks an expired draft, it discards it. Expiry is checked by the site rather than by a background timer, so an expired entry can remain in browser storage until a later check or the end of the tab session.
The site clears the draft when the page is reloaded and after a successful form submission. The form also resets on reload. Closing the tab normally ends the session-storage context, although browser restoration features can behave differently. A fresh link from a service page may supply new choices to the form; this is separate from restoring a previous draft.
Some choices may appear in a link to the form and therefore in browser history or a link you share. The site does not place your name, email or message in those request links.
Analytics, advertising and embedded services
The current website does not include advertising cookies, audience analytics scripts or embedded social-media trackers. Images, fonts and interface assets are served as site resources. There is no optional advertising or analytics preference to enable in the current interface.
If optional tracking or an external embedded service is introduced, its actual purpose and handling should be explained, and any choice required by the applicable rules should be available before it is used. Existing use of a contact form is not permission for unrelated tracking or marketing.
An external website you choose to visit can set its own storage under its own practices. The controls described here do not manage that website's cookies.
Managing cookies and site storage
Selecting Got it closes the cookie notice and saves an acknowledgement in local storage. It does not enable tracking, subscribe you to marketing or change the form's security functions. Reloading the page or submitting the form does not reset this acknowledgement.
The notice appears again after its 180-day validity window, if the notice version changes, or after you clear its saved entry. Validity is checked when the site reads the entry; an expired value can remain in storage until it is replaced or cleared. If local storage is blocked, the button still closes the notice on the current page, but it may appear again when you navigate or reload.
Your browser's privacy or site settings normally allow you to review stored data, delete cookies, clear site storage or block some storage functions. The names and scope of these controls vary between browsers and devices. You may need to manage settings separately on each device or browser profile.
Blocking or deleting the form session cookie can prevent a submission from passing security checks. Blocking session storage may stop request choices from carrying between pages, but you can enter them again. Clearing one storage mechanism does not necessarily clear the other.
Browser autofill and saved contact information are separate from the website's draft. Manage them through the browser's own controls. If the form cannot be used because of your settings, the contact section lists other available contact channels.
Browser storage and server records
A session identifier allows the submission service to associate requests with temporary security and duplicate-handling records. Separate technical records may also be used to limit abusive traffic. These records are not the same as the temporary draft stored in your tab.
Submitted inquiries are handled through the operator's message-delivery arrangements. Deleting cookies, clearing a draft or reloading a page does not delete a delivered message, associated correspondence or necessary technical records. For a request concerning information already sent, use the privacy contact route described in the Privacy notice.
Changes to storage practices
The date at the top identifies the current version of this notice. It may be updated when website functions, storage technologies or the services used to operate them change. The inventory and any related controls should reflect the functions actually in use.
Review this notice when returning to the website or when a feature asks for a new choice. A new purpose is not established merely by changing the wording of an old storage description.

Use the contact form and choose the privacy topic for questions about browser storage or information already submitted. Describe the page or feature involved and, if useful, the browser you were using. You do not need to send cookie values, security tokens, access codes or other confidential information.
